The story of Panchiko is a modern-day online fairytale. Panchiko released their debut project Death Metal' in 2000, garnering almost no success, the band later disbanded. However, in 2018, a random Redditor posted their music after they had found a copy of their CD in a charity shop in 2016. This singular Reddit post went viral and reached the disbanded Panchiko, causing them to reunite, now with thousands of fans around the world. By experimenting with current trends but staying true to their roots, they're able to garner new young fans without alienating the old guard.
