I was very disappointed. The show had no emotions. When Frozen and Moana has its turn to shine, i couldn’t believe I didn’t feel the emotions that Disney makes you feel in any environment. Also, the place was very trashy. I never been to this place looking like this. Food trays all over the place, between seats. I mean people have no respect and has serious issues. Why can’t they just throw it away on their way out? I mean WTF. I’ve been to Disney World and Disney Land and God forbid your see a piece of crackers on the floor, it’s always clean with hundreds of thousands of people inside. This time I felt like I was at a local amusement park. Disney should put some ground rules to these arenas. Also, Disney I don’t know if it was the singing or the lighting that didn’t quite match up. I love Disney, but was very disappointed this time.
